Billing & subscription
Plans & payment methods, in-app cancel/downgrade, AI credits, refunds.
Manage your plan under Settings → Billing.
Plans & payment methods
Click Upgrade on a plan, then pick a method in the picker:
- Credit card → an auto-renewing subscription (Stripe Checkout). Renews each period until cancelled.
- Alipay → jumps straight to the Alipay payment page (one-time).
- WeChat Pay / Crypto → Stripe Checkout (one-time). WeChat shows a QR; crypto uses Stripe's crypto flow.
One-time methods activate the plan for one period and do not auto-renew. Prices are shown in USD. Monthly/yearly toggle shows the yearly saving (≈2 months off).
Cancel or downgrade (in-app)
For an active card subscription, the Billing page shows controls — no need to visit Stripe's portal:
- Cancel at period end — keeps access until the paid period ends, then stops renewing. You'll see "will end on <date>" and a Resume button to undo.
- Downgrade to Free now — cancels immediately (paid features end at once).
The Stripe Customer Portal button is still there if you want to update the card itself.
If a renewal payment fails
You won't be cut off instantly. The workspace enters a grace period (PAST_DUE) — the plan keeps working — and the owner gets a reminder email to update the payment method. After Stripe's automatic retries, if it still fails the plan drops to Free. Updating the card during the grace window restores it.
AI credits (top-up)
AI usage is billed by real token usage on top of your plan's free allowance. Under Settings → AI billing you can top up (one-time, via card / Alipay / WeChat / crypto) and enable auto-refill (saves a card and tops up when the balance is low). Top-ups are independent from the plan subscription.
Orders & refunds
Your purchase history is on the Billing page. For a refund, contact the platform operator — refunds are issued from the admin panel and the plan is adjusted accordingly.
